You are currently an account supervisor, account director, or perhaps a management supervisor or account services director. You like to foster and grow accounts and mentor and lead young account staff. You love delivering innovative solutions that move businesses forward. Your proactivity, emotional intelligence and organizational and communications skills set you apart. Your desire to consistently grow and improve yourself and those around make you an amazing teammate and someone others like to work with.

We Are

Renegade Communications and we deliver “Emotional Marketing for the Digital Age.” We began more than 30 years ago as a band of filmmakers, dedicated to the power of emotional storytelling. As we grew, we began developing award-winning creative and strategy for our clients, as well as robust media solutions that maximize the impact of the stories we tell. Today, we are a collaborative team of talented and passionate marketers who reject complacency and renounce the status quo. We continue to cultivate and refine how we work with clients, adapting as their needs evolve. In refusing to follow, we push ourselves to lead. In short, we are Renegades.

We’re one of the largest agencies in the region providing ground-breaking, innovative and impactful business solutions for global and domestic leaders, such as Comcast, Constellation Energy and T. Rowe Price, as well as challenger brands, non-profits and early-stage companies that are on their way to the top. We offer a full, end-to-end solutions suite. From Branding and GTM Strategy to Social, Direct, Search, Paid and Omni-channel Media Strategies, Planning and Buying to a world-class Video Production Studio that’s one of the biggest and best in the mid-Atlantic region.

So yes, we do all that advertising, digital, branding and marketing stuff that most companies need - and we do it really, really well. What we don’t do is cookie-cutter. We built our business by thinking and acting differently for our clients. That led us to become industry leaders in Acquisition and Retention Marketing, Gamification, Sentiment and Persona Marketing, Internal Sales Engagement and Training Programs and much more.

The bottom line: we look at our clients’ businesses differently, which leads to different solutions, which leads to differentiating our clients’ brands, products and services and allows them to stand out in a crowded market. Which, after all, is the whole point and purpose…and our only reason for being.

We are conveniently located in Hunt Valley, MD right off Rte 83 and just minutes from dozens of restaurants and shopping at the Hunt Valley Mall. It’s a perfect location, especially if you’re looking to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the city.
